I’m a newly qualified ADHD coach but I have over 5 years’ experience as a Specialist ADHD Support Worker, helping neurodivergent individuals navigate the unique challenges of everyday life. My coaching blends professional knowledge and lived experience to support people with ADHD move them towards their goals.

I don’t offer one-size-fits-all solutions. I help you build strategies that truly work for your brain. Whatever your goal we’ll approach it in a collaborative way that feels achievable and empowering.

I have a particular passion for supporting professionals with ADHD, helping them navigate workplace pressure, unspoken expectations, and the constant threat of burnout. I know how hard it is to “keep up” in environments that weren’t built with neurodivergence in mind.

Session Details

I offer one-to-one ADHD coaching sessions that are practical, supportive, and completely tailored to you.

My sessions centre on building self-awareness and creating strategies that are realistic, repeatable, and sustainable.

We go at your pace, working collaboratively to build routines and systems that fit who you are—not who the world expects you to be.

• I also offer four structured 6-session coaching programmes:
• Focusify Thrive – Support for professionals facing workplace challenges
• Focusify Parent – Help for parents with ADHD balancing family demands
• Focusify Achieve – Coaching to move from stuck to action on your personal goals
• Focusify Empower – Build confidence and understand your ADHD on a deeper level

Each programme includes defined coaching goals, practical tools, journal prompts, and between-session support via WhatsApp or email.

Pricing

Sessions are £60 and last one hour. Weekly WhatsApp or email check-ins are included to help you stay on track and feel supported throughout your journey.

Availability

I offer weekday sessions, with some evening availability depending on your needs.
