£60 with sliding scale and discounts available

I have been working as an integrative counsellor since 2018, having experience of working within the wider healthcare field for over 25 years and have experience of working with a wide range of different issues.  I specialise in working with adult ADHD and other neurodiverse conditions with experience in working with grief and bereavement, long term health conditions and depression.

In 2024 I was diagnosed with ADHD myself, having waited many years for a diagnosis, and have used this experience in my work with my clients, as well as training to become an ADHD coach in 2025.

I offer a mixture of cognitive behavioural coaching skills and person-centred therapy to create a bespoke experience for every client, working with you towards whatever it is you would like to achieve in a non-judgemental and safe space. I believe everyone has the capacity to achieve their goals and that ADHD can help, rather than hinder the process.

My regular price is £60 for a one-hour appointment – I offer discounts to NHS and emergency service workers, and a sliding scale for anyone who has a genuine need for it, as I don’t believe that cost should be a barrier to receiving the support you need.  I also offer a free session if you book six full-priced sessions in advance.

I am generally available in the evenings and see face to face clients in Oxford on a Thursday and Chipping Norton on a Monday. I also offer online sessions so please feel free to get in touch to discuss this.

I am particularly keen to hear from clients who would be interested in using creative writing as a tool towards their goals.
