Adam MacMillan-Scott

Adam’s coaching style is empathetic, intuitive and supportive and he builds rapport remarkably quickly with all ages, providing a safe and comfortable environment for all his clients; each of whom is treated as unique.

He has an in-depth understanding of ADHD and the neuroscience behind it – and is ADHD himself.

Accredited globally as a EMCC Senior Practitioner and ADHD Coach, Adam has spent over seven years growing others personally and professionally, working primarily with young ADHD students from 8-18+, helping them navigate life and education more effectively, with greater confidence and self-esteem. Currently, he coaches in 6 different schools, including pro bono mentoring in schools and universities.

He also works with ADHD and neurotypical adults. His style is not only motivational, but also hugely empowering and is backed by significant business knowledge and leadership experience at a senior level over many years.

In supporting pupils, Adam works very closely with parents and schools to ensure support is fully collaborative, providing advice and counsel to both, focusing on the interests of the child.

Session Details

Sessions are for a maximum of one hour

Adam often coaches his ADHD clients in schools through whom he has DBS Enhanced Clearance

Pricing 

Ranging between £80-150 is the cost for investment in Adam’s coaching for you as an ADHD adult, or for your child’s future, dependent on individual situation: Adam always discusses this with his clients to ensure affordability.

He will accept the Access to Work Scheme for adults.

He will charge travel expenses over 15 miles @40ppm for face-to-face sessions and also coaches on-line.

Availability 

Adam works most weekdays (0930-1800) and is always flexible in accommodating individual’s needs, where possible.

Weekends can be used by exception.
