Jess Twitchin offers online ADHD coaching for individual adults under the name of ADHD Reset Coach. She has 75 hours coaching experience (and counting) and is working towards an ICF certification.

While doing that she is offering reduced rate coaching at £25 an hour in a 6 session bundle with flexible days & times. She is working on a wellbeing course to offer to her clients to support her work with them.

Jess was late-diagnosed with combined ADHD herself a couple of years ago and has taken a deep dive into understanding the condition and to helping others with confidence building, RSD, emotional dysregulation (including for women with hormonal disruptions), building positive habits around home and work, and self-care amongst other things.

She is passionate about helping others in a non-judgemental and confidential space so people can accept themselves as they are, understand their traits and use them to their advantage.

While Jess has had first-hand experience of many ADHD challenges throughout her life, through personal-development & acceptance, she has reached a place of self-belief, calm and contentment. She wants to support others in being heard and understood, with forward-thinking goal setting and methods to create positive change.

Jess previously travelled the world alone, worked in sales & hospitality before moving to Spain with her husband where she had her own family (2 neurodiverse children / now adults). She also set up and ran her own business for 12 years raising money for charities through her work. She is an active person who enjoys reading, sport & cold swims, varying cultural & travel experiences, and her family and friends.
